Brilliant! Washing Machine "blew up" at 0900. A call to Kevin and just over an hour and a half later, our new Siemens Washing machine was installed and working! That is Customer Service at it's best. Just had a fridge freezer delivered and fitted. The service was brilliant from Kevin in the shop to the team that delivered and fitted. Would have no hesitation to recommend Craggs.

Placed an order on Thursday evening for delivery on Monday, had an email about an hour after placing my order to say they'd be delivering in my area the next day. So my order arrived less than 24 hours after placing it. Great customer service and very nice delivery guy gave me a call when he was outside my work and carried my order to the car. Would definitely use G Craggs again when looking for an appliance
