Poor Communication and Lack of Follow-Up. I had a disappointing experience with XYZ Cleaning Company. Despite calling twice to request a quotation, they failed to call me back as promised both times. This lack of follow-up left me frustrated and questioning their professionalism. It is unfortunate to suspect that my accent may have influenced their disregard for my inquiries. Clear and timely communication is crucial in any business, and XYZ Cleaning Company fell short in this aspect. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Emailed a month ago asking for a quote for a deep clean, listing all rooms and specifically what I needed done, after a week of no response I called in to be told, they were short staffed due to Covid and they would call me back the following day. I waited and got nothing so emailed back again to say could I get me quote please. I got a response that said call the office ( not they would call me as promised) I the got another email back to say as we explained on the phone we can’t give quotes via email we have to see it ( I didn’t get that explanation on the phone the first time) so we agreed a date and time to view the house. They asked me to again confirm address which I did. The day of the visit, I cleaned the house, took the day off, got the dogs looked after and waited. 10 mins after they were due to arrive I called to be told the lady was not on her way and there must have been a mix up and she would call me back right away! That was an hour and half ago! Not great communication For that reason I will never do business with this company or recommend them. Shame as my Mother said they used to be amazing. Terrible customer services and a total waste of time. I called another company while I’ve been waiting to hear back from them and they are coming on Friday and I will Give them my £400

We have used clean and tidy for over 10 years. The girls are like part of the family and care for our house while they clean. The head office staff are friendly and approachable and the service is always provided to us as individuals. We tried other companies before clean and tidy but none matched up. Thankyou to all the lovely team!

I'm a local letting agent and use Clean & Tidy for all the cleaning on my properties. They are really efficient, very professional and provide a brilliant service. I highly recommend there services.

We used Clean and Tidy for over a year, cleaning our rented property and then when we bought our own home. I was very happy with the service for the first year, but the service has dropped in standard recently. Simple cleaning jobs were not done to a high enough standards; rooms not hoovered, dead flies left on window sills which hadn't been dusted properly. I passed over my feedback and received two free cleans, which were at the same low standard. I complained again and was told that they thought it better if we ceased working together; very little notice was taken of my complaint.

I’ve used Clean and Tidy for several years, for my cleaning and ironing. Their service is first class and I can not find any fault whatsoever. The staff are always friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble, communication can be a little tricky with some of the workers but they always manage to get the job done to a very high standard.

I've used Clean and Tidy for over 10 years at home and at work. They've always been a pleasure to deal with and have always worked hard at resolving any issues (always minor). They have pulled out all the stops for me on more than one occasion. Would recommend.

Took all the security deposit without providing evidence of damages or receipts of costs incurred. - Response to this review suggests the cleaning company are not involved. This is not the case as they charged over charged the owners of the property (this is mentioned in a previous review from a landlord) and this charge is taken out of customer deposits. The evidence we asked for has still not been supplied and our money has not been refunded. We are currently looking into legal options. I would be wary of using this company as it looks as though they overcharge both landlords and tenants.
